Every year, from the end of September, our famous hard cheese called "Stabiello" (name shared with the Alp where it is made) becomes available. The mountain pasture called Alp "Stabiello" lies on the beautiful mountains of the Valle Bedretto, where our cows graze during the summer season. Therefore our cattle eat a typical alpine grass, which gives the cheese its unique and characteristic flavour.
