Products

At our farm, you can buy typical products, i.e.:

• milk
• cheese produced at the Stabiello alp
• meat of young bull bred by suckled cows for about ten months
• delicatessen (salami, "mortadella", boiling sausages, typical "luganighe", etc.) produced with the meat of our pigs
• home-backed bread
• hamburger and dry meat, produced with the meat of the animals bred at our farm
• "formagella" cheese.
